Before founding the firm, our director spent twenty-five years inside multinational and large-group finance functions across the Middle East, Africa and Pakistan — closing books under audit committees, building reporting frameworks for regional boards, and sitting inside the rooms where financial decisions actually get made.
That experience shaped the firm's founding premise: outsourced accounting and advisory services should not mean less rigour than an in-house finance team — they should mean more. Every engagement at Murtaza Hamza & Co. is structured, documented and reviewed to a standard built for board scrutiny, regardless of client size.
Today the firm serves clients across five countries — Pakistan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Canada and the USA — spanning manufacturing, healthcare, construction, retail, real estate, family enterprises, NGOs and venture-backed startups.
